  • Boiler Pressure Parts: Assembled and positioned critical boiler pressure components, ensuring perfect alignment under tight thermal expansion tolerances.
  • High-Pressure Piping Systems: Fabricated and installed the complete critical piping network, including:
    • Main Steam Lines (carrying superheated steam to the turbine)
    • Cold & Hot Reheat Systems
    • High-Pressure Feed Water Piping
  • Rigorous Testing & NDT: Conducted comprehensive hydrostatic testing up to design-critical pressure points and coordinated Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to guarantee zero-defect welding lines.
  • Thermal Insulation: Applied heavy-duty industrial lagging and thermal insulation across all high-temperature piping assets to prevent energy loss.
